Cancellation Policy

Standard Services Policy A Better You Health & Life Coach LLC | Jay Jay’s Daycare At A Better You and Jay Jay’s Daycare, my mission is to provide high-quality, personalized support that empowers individuals and families to grow, heal, and thrive. To ensure a respectful, professional, and effective experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all services provided. General Service Expectations All services are delivered with professionalism, confidentiality, and care. Clients are expected to arrive on time and be fully present during scheduled sessions or appointments. Clear communication and mutual respect are essential to the success of our work together. Scheduling & Cancellations Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session. Payments & Refunds Payment is due prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include [customize: cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, etc.]. All purchases are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Paperwork & Document Services Requests for paperwork (letters, forms, documentation, etc.) require clear instructions and a minimum of 3–5 business days for completion. Rush services are available for an additional fee. Paperwork services are billed separately from coaching or daycare services unless included in a custom package. Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions or through services is kept strictly confidential. Information will only be disclosed with your written consent or when legally required (such as mandated reporting situations). Communication Clients may reach out with questions between sessions during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Please note that I am not a crisis counselor. In the case of an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or resources. Client Responsibility Clients are expected to be open, honest, and committed to their personal growth. Please come prepared, complete any tasks or exercises assigned, and be willing to take consistent action. Respect for time, process, and the energy invested in your journey is essential.
